Step 1: Refer to priority development actions on the visioning matrix and frame short statement on action that need to be done to attain the preferred future status as shown in table 3. below. These statements are long term goals
Step 2: Repeat this for all the priority development actions in the visioning matrix using the facilitation questions below.
