Step 1: Request the participant to construct a matrix by arranging the priority actions, which were highly ranked in the pair-wise ranking, on the first column and time frame (past 40 years, Present and Preferred Future 10 years) across the first row.

Step 2: Ask the participants to use counters or symbols to depict the past and present status and how they would like the future to be.

Step 3: The participants are then asked the question in the text box below with regards to

  • How they came from past to present
  • What need to done to move from present to preferred future
